As a Revenue Analyst, your primary focus is to provide analysis and understanding of inventory, pricing, and customer demand.
MISSIONS
Revenue Management :
Optimise revenue and inventory for your designated ships or routes through implementation of revenue management strategies as requested.
Optimise pricing ladders for your designated ships or routes to maximise revenue opportunities for Ferry and Cabin pricing.
Define reporting requirements and brief the Insights team on what is required, and analyse reports to continually track revenue and inventory performance.
Implement corrective actions as directed by the Revenue Manager.
Revenue Management trading cycle :
Support the launch of the new sailing season/year by reviewing previous year's performance using strategy tools and propose improvements for upcoming year.
Manage the reservation set up tool to apply agreed sailing strategy to new sailings.
Ensure revenue yields and cabin utilisation are maximised, using the revenue management systems functionality.
Optimise revenue, reviewing and maintaining inventory limits and capacities (in Reservation and Revenue Management system).
Analyse reports to track Revenue Management performance.
Revenue Management system development :
Support development of system reporting requirements to bring information and request to the supplier.
Maintain and monitor Revenue Management system settings to ensure accuracy of system and output.
Maintain all system pricing documentation.

EXPERIENCE
Some experience in revenue management, yield management, pricing, or commercial analysis would be an advantage.
An understanding of revenue management processes and their application in a commercial environment is desirable.
Knowledge of seasonal planning and capacity optimisation in the transport, travel, or hospitality sectors is desirable.
Experience with reservation and inventory management systems, ideally Carus and XNG, would be an advantage.
