We are seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work across a range of secondary schools in Rochdale and Oldham. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable, hands-on experience in classroom settings while supporting students in their learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide in-class support to students across a variety of subjects
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
* Work with small groups or individual students to support learning needs
* Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
* Supervise and cover lessons in the absence of teaching staff when required

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence working with young people aged 11–16
* Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
* Previous experience working with young people
