Working Type: Hybrid

About the Company
We are partnering with a consultancy that plays a trusted role in shaping how some of the biggest retail brands show up across major UK shopping destinations. Their work blends design, brand experience, and strategic oversight, creating environments that feel consistent, inspiring, and commercially strong.
The team is collaborative, grounded, and genuinely passionate about doing good work. They value curiosity, connection, and a proactive mindset, creating an environment where people can grow with the business and take on meaningful responsibility.
About the Role
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys the blend of design, strategy, and client partnership. As part of the Retail Design Consultancy team, you will guide retailers and centre teams through the design process, helping them create spaces that feel aligned with the wider vision of each destination.
You will manage your own centres, build strong relationships with tenants and consultants, and offer clear, thoughtful design advice that elevates the experience of each store. You will also support larger landlord-led projects, helping shape concept directions, visuals, sketches, and presentations that bring ideas to life.
This role suits someone confident, organised, and energetic, with a natural ability to build trust and keep projects moving. You will be encouraged to think ahead, spot opportunities, and contribute to the continued growth of the consultancy.

* A thorough understanding of the full project lifecycle, from concept to completion
* Experience working with cross functional teams in leasing, development, design, and construction
* Strong organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple retailers and projects at once
* A collaborative, positive approach, with the ability to mentor junior colleagues
* A driving licence is helpful but not essential
