Job Description
3. Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
4. Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
5. Support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
6. Manage HR data and reporting, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
7. Advise managers on performance management processes and assist with implementation.
8. Coordinate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
9. Handle queries related to benefits, policies, and procedures, providing clear and effective communication.
10. Collaborate with the wider HR team to drive continuous improvement in processes and practices.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
11. A strong understanding of Human Resources practices and employment law.
12. Previous experience in a similar HR role
13. Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
14. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
15. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with stakeholders
