Christmas is a wonderful time in our stores. It’s a time when people with a real passion for quality customer service can help us create the perfect festive atmosphere: turning every moment into a sparkling, welcoming opportunity for Amazing Customer Experiences. You’ll assist customers with jewellery, watches or gift-worthy items and ensure they leave with it gift-wrapped.
Throughout Christmas, you’ll gain retail experience, learn quickly about our products and jewellery expertise, and use your sales skills to help the team meet targets as customers browse and seek advice.

Your background
You’ll have a passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences. You may not have jewellery experience, but you should have an interest in jewellery products and brands. A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude is essential, with a natural ability to start conversations with a diverse range of customers.

If successful, you will be asked to complete a short video to tell us more about you and why you would like to join us. Successful applicants will be contacted by the store manager for final stage interviews. We recommend regularly checking your emails for updates.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with jewellery, watches and gift options; provide product knowledge and demonstrations as needed.
* Answer questions, showcase products, and use sales skills to help the team meet targets.
* Gift-wrap purchases and ensure a positive customer experience.
* Reflect the brand, culture and values in every interaction.
* Occasionally work additional hours during peak periods, Bank Holidays and weekends.
Qualifications
* Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.
* Interest in jewellery products and brands; no specific jewellery experience required.
* Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to engage a diverse customer base.
