Description Wiltshire Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Assessment Team based in Salisbury. Work closely with families, schools, health professionals, and partner agencies to develop SMART care plans. Undertake child protection investigations, ensuring timely and effective interventions. Prepare and present reports for case conferences, legal proceedings, and multi-agency meetings. Work in line with best practices and statutory guidance, maintaining accurate case records. Support children and families to access appropriate services, advocating for their needs.Requirements Qualifications: Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
