We are recruiting for a data input and conversion administrator to work within a prestigious Facilities Management and Maintenance Company in the Leeds area. The role will be supporting the data management of Asset and Engineering data to be used in the mobilisation of new contracts.
On Offer
Temporary ongoing position circa 1 month (could be extended).
Mon‑Fri 40 hours per week.
Pay £12.50/hr PAYE plus holiday pay.
Role Description
* Take collected alphanumeric data from various asset reports and convert/enter it into a centralised spreadsheet.
* Input technical, site and building data into the database.
* Convert data formats where required.
* House‑keep and maintain the central database.
* Generate reports from the system when required.
* Work to high accuracy and handle sensitive and confidential information.
* Support the accounts and mobilisation teams where required.
* General ad‑hoc administration.
Qualifications
* Previous experience of database and Excel systems.
* Ideally experience in Facilities Management or Engineering sectors.
* Excellent data entry and data analysis skills.
* Excellent administrative skills.
* Ability to maintain high accuracy in data input and data conversion.
* Can clear possible SC clearance (pending on depth of data available and worked).
