A respected, multi-sector construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham-based team. This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded Senior Quantity Surveyor to work across high-profile projects, particularly in the retail, hotel, education, and industrial sectors, with a strong focus on client interaction and commercial leadership. The Senior Quantity Surveyor The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based in Birmingham but will also support projects across London and the South East, working on fast-paced, client-driven schemes. A Senior Quantity Surveyor background in retail is desirable due to the demanding nature of some clients, though not essential. You'll be part of a team where client-facing capability and independence are highly valued. This position suits a Senior Quantity Surveyor with at least five years' experience who is confident managing costs, liaising with stakeholders, and travelling regularly for site visits.
