Responsibilities
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
* Organise and maintain spare parts stock, ensuring that all materials are readily available.
* Support the service team with various tasks as required, contributing to overall office efficiency.
* Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
* Receipt & Despatch of Spare Parts.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar position is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in computerised office applications.
* Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
