Pearson Whiffin Education are seeking a dedicated ICT Teacher to join a Gillingham-based school on a long-term, permanent basis starting January 2026. You will primarily be teaching BTEC courses at KS5, with opportunities to contribute to the wider ICT curriculum. Newly Qualified Teachers are welcome to apply, and a competitive pay rate will be offered.
In this role, you will inspire students to develop both their technical skills and confidence in ICT, delivering lessons that are engaging, practical, and relevant to the modern digital world.
To be considered for this ICT Teacher role, you must:
· Have experience or a strong understanding of delivering BTEC ICT at KS5
· Ideally (QTS) with a specialist in ICT.
· Be able to design innovative and stimulating lessons that engage students
· Demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills
· Be willing to embrace new teaching technologies
· Develop, manage, and share resources to enhance teaching and learning
