The opportunity
You’ll be the senior figure in a Birmingham branch covering Primary, Secondary, and SEND, already performing well across all areas. This is a role for someone who enjoys billing at a high level and leading from the front — developing consultants, improving standards, and pushing branch performance up another gear. There’s strong infrastructure around you and clear appetite to invest in this location.
The desk (warm, established, and earning immediately)
A major pull of this role is the option to take ownership of a strong, established desk currently billing around 170+ days per week. That desk comes with instant monthly earnings of:
* £3,000/month desk commission
* £1,000/month team override

You’ll lead and develop a small but growing team of recruiters at different stages of their career. A big part of the role is:

* Running 1:1s, performance plans, and development pathways
* Hiring and onboarding additional consultants as the branch grows
