We have clusters of nurseries seeking GrandFlex employees to join our team. You’ll be caring for, supporting, and meeting the needs of our wonderful children.

Unqualified roles pay up to £13 per hour

Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing a positive role model to uphold Grandir UK values
* Ensuring equal access and opportunity for all staff, parents, and children
* Supervising and supporting children at all times
* Contributing to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment
* Preparing and supervising activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners
* Reading, understanding, and implementing all company policies, procedures, and operational practices
* Adhering to any changes in policies, procedures, and practices within the required timescale
* Ensuring practice and provision meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Reporting any concerns regarding policies, procedures, or practices to your line manager
* Maintaining a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors, and colleagues
* Maintaining confidentiality where appropriate
* Attending staff meetings, planning sessions, and training as required
