What you'll be doing
The Property Management Service is a key department that ensures smooth operations. Our Coordinators overcome obstacles to provide the best experience for guests and homeowners. The role combines field-based and office work, making each day unique.
The responsibilities include:
* Coordinating cleaners, housekeepers, gardeners, and maintenance contractors.
* Providing accurate timelines for property readiness.
* Meeting suppliers, homeowners, assisting guests, and conducting property checks.
* Performing proactive property inspections and giving feedback.
* Handling complaints and feedback related to housekeeping standards.
* Maintaining records and updating administrative systems.
* Assisting guests during their stay with requests and queries.
* Supporting out-of-hours service on a rota, with overtime pay (£25 evenings, £40 Sundays).
You'll have

* Willingness to undertake tasks beyond usual responsibilities.
* Experience in property letting, housing, estates agency, or travel industry is advantageous.
