About the Role
As a Sales Trainer at Charity Link, your main responsibility is to give new fundraisers the strongest possible start during their first three months. Youll work face-to-face in the fieldcoaching and developing new starters in real fundraising environments. This includes going home to home in a variety of residential areas for our Door-to-Door teams, as well as working at Private Sites such as small local stores, quieter shopping centres, and garden centresnot just large high-footfall supermarkets.
This isnt classroom-based training; its practical, hands-on development where it really counts.
This is a field-based role that involves regular travel and working flexibly, including smart hours (e.g. later starts or evenings). Youll lead by example, helping new starters see how adjusting their schedule can lead to better resultsand modelling the habits that drive performance.
