Position Overview

We're expanding our commercial operations in London and seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our Global Account Management Team. This role will focus on supporting our international market and growing our expanding customer base.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at the forefront of programmatic advertising innovation. You'll play a key role in helping our global clients achieve their media objectives while growing your expertise in the digital advertising landscape.

We serve over 20,000 global advertisers and 1,000+ agencies monthly, helping them achieve the highest performance levels in quality, suitability, and contextual relevance for their programmatic media investments.

Core Responsibilities

* Support the Account Management team in daily client operations and programmatic contextual solutions implementation
* Provide strategic campaign recommendations and optimization insights
* Assist with RFPs, campaign management, and contextual strategy development
* Manage client UI onboarding processes
* Maintain business and customer success tracking systems
* Monitor industry trends and conduct research to support client needs
* Identify growth opportunities and optimize campaign performance
* Collaborate on cross-functional projects as needed


Required Qualifications

* Minimum 1 year of experience in digital advertising or advertising technology
* Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
* Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Experience or strong interest in online advertising (account management or sales development experience preferred)
