Project HSE Manager – Major Energy & Infrastructure Projects
Location: Kingston Upon Thames
Contract: Outside IR35
We're looking for an experienced Project HSE Manager to lead a Health, Safety & Environment team on large-scale projects within the energy and infrastructure sectors. This role will take ownership of project HSE management systems, ensuring they are developed, implemented and monitored effectively across current and future projects.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading and developing a project HSE team
* Overseeing HSE contract administration
* Managing and evaluating subcontractors
* Developing and maintaining project deliverables
* Leading risk management processes
* Facilitating HSE readiness reviews
* Ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
* Planning and conducting internal HSE audits
* Leading incident investigations
What we're looking for:
* Degree-level qualification plus a recognised HSE qualification (e.g. NEBOSH)
* At least 3 years' experience with an IMCA contractor and 3+ years in Project HSE Management
* Auditor and investigation certifications (Chartered MIOSH desirable)
* Strong knowledge of IOGP and IMCA standards
