One of the UK's leading food manufacturers is looking for ambitious HR Graduates to join their new two-year HR Graduate Programme. The scheme will see you gain hands-on experience across employee relations, people development, change projects, engagement, wellbeing, and business partnering. You'll work alongside experienced HR professionals, receive mentoring, complete development workshops, and have the opportunity to build a career with a leading UK food manufacturer. A degree grade of 2:1 or equivalent (achieved or predicted) in HR, a degree with a strong focus on HR, or any degree with 3 months HR experience Full geographically mobility. The scheme will see you spend a year in Ashford (Kent) before relocating in your second year to Carlton (Barnsley) (or other sites, dependent on business need) You must be available to attend an in-person assessment day on the 2nd of July at their Carlton site (expenses covered).
