New Homes Sales Consultant – Upminster
Humphrey & Kirk are proud to be representing a prestigious client seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join their team on one of Essex’s most desirable developments.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven new homes sales experience to represent a luxury brand and work on a multi-phase project featuring high-end homes ranging from £1.5 million to £2.3 million.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Conducting viewings and tours of the show home and development site
* Managing the full customer journey from enquiry to completion
* Building strong relationships with prospective buyers and maintaining excellent client care
* Working closely with the developer and New Homes team to achieve sales targets
* Assisting buyers with bespoke design choices and specification upgrades
* Collaborating with internal Mortgage & Protection Advisors and Lettings teams
What We’re Looking For
* Previous new homes sales experience (essential)
* Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets
* Strong understanding of the full sales and conveyancing process
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
* Full UK driving licence required
