We are looking for a highly driven, target/KPI focused salesperson who thrives in a competitive environment and consistently goes the extra mile to win new business. This is a permanent - Full-Time position based out of a Belfast office, with field visits. Salary £40,000 - £50,000 basic benefits package Mileage High OTE (enquire within) Development and progression opportunities Responsibilities: Drive new business opportunities across multiple sectors. Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships. Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. Deliver tailored proposals and presentations to win business. Collaborate with marketing and operations on targeted campaigns. Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions. Track pipeline progress and report on revenue targets. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities with existing clients. Contribute to improving business development processes. Ideal Person: Proven track record in business development or sales with consistent target achievement (ideally from accountancy, financial or professional services) Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot market opportunities. Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills. Skilled at building rapport quickly and managing long-term relationships. Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Northern Ireland when required.
