Cherrytrees Care Home is in the heart of Salford and offers residential, nursing and dementia care for up to 32 residents. Care is personalised according to each individual's needs and preferences, whilst helping them to maintain as much independence as possible.
Role:
To keep our beautiful and friendly home running smoothly, we are looking for a administrator/receptionist to join us for 16 hours, working 2 days per week. You will work in partnership with another administrator who also in post.
You will have at least one years' experience of this busy role in a care home, and be able to deal with front of house duties along with the administrative tasks. With a welcoming and professional manner, you must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and payroll experience. Your duties will include welcoming visitors, answering the phone, preparing payroll, ordering supplies, billing and receipt of monies, preparing reports for various agencies, paperwork for new starters, and other general administrative support for the home manager. Attention to detail is vital.
