The Manchester College is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Officer to provide emotional, behavioural, and safeguarding support to our learners. You\'ll work closely with teaching staff to help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a genuine commitment to inclusion. Experience in education, youth work, or support services is essential.
We have an exciting opportunity at our City Campus Manchester to join our Student Experience and Support Department as a Pastoral Support Officer on a permanent, full-time (35 hours per week), term-time only (over 38 weeks) basis.
