The Firm
A prestigious London law firm, highly regarded for its expertise in high-value and complex litigation, is seeking an experienced PA to join its Divorce & Family team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The Opportunity
The successful PA will provide high-level support to Partners and fee earners within a busy and well-regarded Divorce & Family team. This is a varied and hands-on role where you will quickly become a key point of contact within the department. Duties will include:
Supporting Partners and fee earners with day-to-day administrative and organisational tasks
Acting as a trusted point of contact and "go-to" person within the team
Monitoring Partner inboxes and managing incoming queries
Extensive diary management, including scheduling meetings, travel, and client events
Preparing and drafting correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents
Managing client relationships and acting as gatekeeper for calls and emails
Handling new client enquiries and maintaining accurate records
Coordinating departmental processes including appraisals, training, and team events
Managing files, including document organisation and proof-reading
Supporting billing processes, time recording, and financial administration
Processing invoices, expenses, and preparing statements of account
Assisting with marketing and business development activitiesThis PA opportunity is a full time, hybrid, 12-month fixed-term contract, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm
The Requirements
Around 5 years' experience as a PA/EA within a law firm or professional services environment
Previous experience supporting Partners within Family law (desirable)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload
