Kingsway Park High School, part of the Altus Education Partnership, is seeking a highly motivated and inspiring Lead Practitioner of Literacy to join our vibrant, inclusive, and diverse community.

The Role
As Lead Practitioner of Literacy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experience across the English Department and beyond. You will:
* Work with the Head of English to drive outstanding teaching and learning in Literacy.
* Lead on intervention strategies to maximise student achievement.
* Support and develop colleagues through coaching, CPD, and resource development.
* Inspire students to achieve their very best, raising aspirations and removing barriers to learning.
* Contribute to whole-school priorities, making a meaningful impact across the curriculum.
About You
We are looking for a passionate educator with:
* A high-quality degree in Literacy/English and QTS/QTLS.
* A proven track record of innovative and successful teaching.
* The ability to inspire students and colleagues alike through exceptional classroom practice.
