Overview
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team at our busy Toyota and Citroen dealership. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers ensuring they receive exceptional service while effectively managing their needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive service and repair, with excellent customer service skills to enhance the overall experience for our customers, although training will be given for suitable candidates.
Duties
* Greet customers and assess their service needs.
* Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services.
* Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle diagnostics.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and completed work orders.
* Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements
* Previous dealership experience is advantageous.
* Experience in sales and upselling techniques within an automotive context is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with creation of job cards, invoicing and the ability to communicate information clearly to customers.
* A background as a mechanic or service technician is advantageous.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
