The Opportunity
We're recruiting for a senior-level Interim People Leader to join a well-regarded organisation at a time of strategic change. With a new CEO in post and transformation underway, this role will be pivotal in supporting the People function to realign, strengthen, and prepare for the future.
You'll play a key role in:
* Stabilising the People team and improving operational delivery
* Reviewing and refreshing HR policies, processes, and systems
* Building a stronger strategy for employee engagement and development
* Supporting organisational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives
* Enhancing culture, inclusion, and leadership capability
* Acting as a key advisor to the CEO and senior leaders
This role requires a senior People leader who is confident operating in change-driven environments, balancing strategic partnership with hands-on delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
1. Significant HR leadership experience at Director
2. Skilled in supporting HR teams through transition and growth
3. Sound knowledge of UK employment law, compliance, and employee relations
