Role Overview
Senior Wastewater Network Modeller responsible for delivering UK wastewater infrastructure projects from feasibility through to detailed design. Provides technical inputs, mentors junior modellers, and leads modelling activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver wastewater infrastructure projects of varying sizes
* Collaborate closely with clients to ensure they understand model outputs and processes
* Mentor and train graduate modellers and support their professional development
* Specify and manage flow surveys
* Lead model build and verification projects
* Contribute to and check technical reports and presentations
* Develop technical calculation outputs when needed
* Potentially project manage infrastructure projects, responsible for programme, commercial performance and technical excellence
Qualifications
* Strong team player with ability to develop relationships at all levels
* Experience delivering wastewater modelling projects of varying sizes
* Strong communication skills
* Proficient with InfoWorks ICM and GIS packages
* Project management experience and skills advantageous
* Chartered with a relevant professional institution (e.g. ICE or CIWEM)
* Excellent spreadsheet data analysis skills (Excel pivot tables, PowerBI)
* Programming skills in VBA or Python advantageous
