JOB DESCRIPTION
Were looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries. Youll support our sales team by handling leads, preparing quotes, coordinating samples, and maintaining CRM records - ensuring our customers receive a smooth, professional experience.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
1. Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, and web
2. Qualify and assign leads to sales reps
3. Prepare and send quotations
4. Arrange and track product samples
5. Direct queries to the right departments
6. Maintain accurate CRM and sales data
7. Assist with general sales support and reporting
REQUIREMENTS
8. Experience in admin or sales support
9. Strong communication and organisational skills
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
11. Customer-focused, with great attention to detail
12. Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
13. Experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce) desirable
14. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
