About the Role
Lincoln House Surgery is looking to welcome a Salaried GP to our established and supportive team. This is a role designed with sustainability in mind – combining a manageable workload, a collaborative culture, and the flexibility modern general practice needs.
There is flexibility of 4 or 6 sessions. We offer competitive sessional rates, enhanced annual leave, and study leave (1 week pro rata), alongside a genuinely supportive working environment.

About the Candidate
All applicants should have the following qualifications:
* Applicants MUST have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or support visa applications for this role.
* Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
* On the NHSE Medical Performers List
* Committed to delivering high standards of patient care
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Enjoys working as part of a supportive team

In 2024, we merged with Highfield Surgery, now operating as our branch site. Both sites work within a well‑established total triage model, fully embedded into our daily practice and supporting safe, efficient access for patients.
