Summary
Reed Education are currently recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant to join a small but specialist setting in Lancaster & Morecambe Area. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
What we're looking for:
Essential:
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience supporting children with challenging behaviour
* A resilient, calm, and adaptable attitude
Desirable:
- Team Teach training
- Experience working in a SEN setting
