Immediate-Start Logistics Manager | Innovative Fashion Scaleup | London
We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling fashion startup that’s redefining the modern wardrobe through innovation, agility and best-in-class customer experience. They’re now searching for a Logistics Manager who can bring structure to the chaos, elevate processes, and build the operational backbone of a brand on the rise.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love wearing multiple hats, and want to help shape the future of a business from the inside out — this is your moment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead and develop a small logistics team, driving clarity, pace and high performance.
* Own and manage the end-to-end relationship with the 3PL, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance.
* Oversee all stock integrity processes — daily reconciliations, audits, investigations and system alignment.
* Manage stock flow, availability and turnaround across distribution and returns hubs.
* Drive continuous improvement across warehouse operations, packaging, and carrier management.
* Ensure all logistics processes meet regulatory requirements and support sustainability targets.
* Work closely with the wider Logistics team to deliver key projects and operational improvements.
What We Are Looking For
* Strong logistics and operations experience within a fashion, DTC, or consumer product environment.
* A hands-on manager who’s comfortable leading a small ops/logistics team.
* Experience owning 3PL relationships and driving accountability, performance, and operational excellence.
* High attention to detail and confidence handling stock accuracy, system alignment and reconciliation workflows.
* Strong understanding of warehouse operations, distribution, returns, and carrier management.
* Calm, solutions-led mindset with the ability to move quickly and handle operational complexity.
* Confident working with data and using insights to drive efficiencies and improve processes.
* Excellent communicator who can partner effectively with founders, suppliers and internal teams.
* Someone who thrives in fast-growth, agile startup environments.
Nice To Have
* Previous experience optimising packaging workflows or developing packaging strategy.
* Involvement in international logistics, market expansion or multi-region distribution.
* Experience refining end-to-end warehouse processes with a 3PL.
* Interest in fashion, product and customer experience.
