Monday - Friday
£30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, plus good benefits
Some of the duties will include:
Dealing with incoming emails and calls from customers, providing a high level of service
Processing customer orders
Working closely with other internal departments
Setting up new customer accounts
Participating in weekly team meetings
Working well as part of a team
Keeping information accurately updated
The suitable candidate:
Degree educated
Previous experience within an office based customer facing position
Analytical and numerical skills
Good attention to detail
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Be a great team player
Good IT skills including Excel
