Description
As a Management Accountant, your responsibilities will include:
* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
* Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards
* Manage general ledger processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
* Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation
* Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts as needed
* Get involved in ad-hoc finance projects such as system implementations etc.
Profile
My client is looking for a newly qualified Accountant with drive and ambition who is comfortable asking questions, working with stakeholders and meeting tight deadlines to deliver month end. This is an ideal role for someone who has solid management accounts experience elsewhere, can bring some great ideas to the table and is now ready for a new challenge.
You have to be qualified to apply for this role but this could be ACA, CIMA, or ACCA. You will ideally have a keen eye for detail and be good with excel.
Job Offer
* Competitive salary in line with the market - £50,000 - £55,000
