Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity within the e-commerce team! As an E-Commerce Account Executive, you will attract, retain, and grow a portfolio of customer accounts. The geographical location of the customer portfolio will be confirmed with the successful applicant.
Reporting directly to the E-Commerce Manager, your responsibilities include winning new business through local market networking, maintaining existing accounts, and developing new opportunities. You will serve as a vital link between customers and our business, developing effective partnerships to ensure excellent service delivery.
This role is primarily field-based, involving daily interactions with new and prospective customers, with some time spent at your local office for sales calls.
To succeed, you should have:
* Strong negotiation skills and a drive to deliver results.
* Resilience to maintain momentum in a competitive, fast-paced market.
* Proven experience in achieving new business sales, with some account retention and development.
* A good understanding of B2C sales and the e-commerce sector.
