Salary £25k to £28K PA - OTE £45K
We're seeking a natural leader who thrives on coaching others and knows how to drive performance without losing sight of the people behind the numbers.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Regular coaching and mentoring.
* Achieving individual and team sales targets.
* Collaborating with Sales Team Leaders.
* Reporting on team progress.
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding.
* Ensuring product knowledge and delivering training.
* Driving performance via pipeline management.
* Leading 1-2-1s and performance reviews.
* Equipping your team for success.
* Embedding sales vision and strategy.
What You'll Need:
* Strong telesales / cold calling background.
* Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
* Strong communication (written & verbal).
* Solid understanding of sales processes & KPIs.
* Confidence in giving constructive feedback and accountability.
* Performance mindset with focus on targets.
Nice to Have:
B2B telesales experience in telecoms/IT.
Experience in fast-paced, high-volume sales.
