Day‑to‑day responsibilities
* Lead and motivate technicians to deliver top‑quality work and customer satisfaction.
* Manage workshop workflow, productivity, and safety standards.
* Drive results while keeping communication clear between the workshop and service teams.
What we’re looking for
* Experience as a workshop controller or assistant manager in a main‑dealer environment and strong technical knowledge.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities.
* Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues clearly.
* Customer‑first attitude.
