Vehicle Technician required in Brislington, South East Bristol.
1. Starting salary between £24,000-30,000 per annum (pending experience and qualifications).

Our client, one of the UK's fastest-growing online car retailers, are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Technician for their customer collection centre in Brislington, South East Bristol.
Reporting to the Centre Manager and working as part of a workshop team in a state-of-the-art facility, as a Vehicle Technician your key responsibilities will include:
4. Carrying out servicing and general repairs, stripping, fitting and replacing components on vehicles.
5. Identifying faulty components and ensure underlying problems are resolved.
6. Ensuring all consumables and parts ordered are logged against job cards.
7. Carrying out Vehicle Health Checks and basic diagnostics.
In order to be eligible you will need to live within a reasonable commuting distance of Brislington, South East Bristol and be qualified to an IMI NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair as a minimum with at least 2 to 3 years practical working as a Vehicle Technician. Overall you will be a committed individual and a good team player. You must be able to produce a high quality of work in a busy workshop environment and be motivated to work towards targets set for your team. An active MOT licence and extensive experience of vehicle diagnosis/electronics would be highly advantageous however is non-essential. A UK driving licence with minimal points is essential though.
