Requirements A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly, approachable, and professional manner Enthusiastic to learn – we offer full training, so no optical experience necessary Ideally educated to A-Level standard or equivalent, especially if interested in progressing Organised and detail-oriented, confident in handling a range of administrative duties such as appointment scheduling, managing patient records, processing payments, stock control, and supporting day-to-day operations Additional Information Our frame selection includes Ray-Ban, Oakley and Tiffany & Co.
