🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Handle a variety of property conveyancing matters – freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership & land transactions.
* Liaise with estate agents and financial advisors to ensure smooth transactions.
* Deliver clear, client-friendly advice on complex legal issues.
* Manage financials including cashflow, quotations, and billing.
* Build strong, lasting client relationships and contribute to business development and networking
🌟 What We’re Looking For:
* 1+ year PQE in residential property law.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to exceed client expectations.
* Tech-savvy and open to learning new tools and techniques.
* Experience in commercial property is a bonus
