Job Details: As DTC Events & Community Executive, your role will be to assist the DTC Events & Community Manager and Brand & DTC Director in the delivery of the DTC Events and Community strategy for the Ariat Europe business with a strong focus on the Work and Western product categories. The priority territory will be the UK but opportunities in Continental Europe may also develop. Representing the Ariat brand and elevating the consumer experience at all times. This role is remote and we are open to candidates based in the UK understanding they will need to visit the office in Oxfordshire and our warehouse in Lutterworth. Day to Day Responsibilities: Events Support the DTC Events & Community Manager to deliver the busy Calander of between 20 – 25 events, with peak periods during summer. Drive the Ariat vehicle 7.5t to and from the events Support set up of the event from building pop up marquee to merchandising the stand and presenting the stock to the agreed visual merchandising standards. Support a regional support crew to assist in the delivery of the events. Aligning cross functionally with Product, Sales, ecom and marketing to support the delivery of key product categories at select events. Coordinate with our B2B team to avoid duplication at events and work collaboratively. Work with Product, Demand Planning and Marketing to place stock orders to ensure right product, right place at each event. Support the consumer facing exposure at each event, work cross functionally to make sure teams are trained to high standard. Support the DTC sales and report after each event, ensuring a constant feedback and improvement approach. Pop ups Look at opportunities outside of Events for Ariat to show up and build reach to new consumers. This could include but not limited to, High St pop ups, festivals or sporting events. As with events manage the end to end process including space booking, stock, sales and team management. Community Work with the DTC Events & Community Manager and Brand & DTC Director to look at opportunities to connect with the relevant communities in each Category - Work, Western, Country, Equestrian This could be via networking, charity events or community projects. About You: Strong communication skills with consumers Have the ability and experience to drive 7.5t vehicle Hold a driving licence that allows you to drive in the UK Interpersonal Organisation, planning, time management and prioritisation Ability to be on the road, away from home Strong hands-on attitude Physical ability to be able to load and unload stock from the lorry Physical ability to move stock on the stands to arrange in the required way Teamwork Problem-solving, analytical and data reporting skills IT Literacy including MS Office especially Excel Ability to make decisions Deadline-focussed Strong eye for display and merchandising Excellent attention to detail is a must Self-motivated Flexible Determined A motivator Personal drive Results orientated Integrity and strong business ethics Passion for product Values: Our values are ingrained in everything we do at Ariat and we believe this is what drives our success as individuals, as teams and, overall, as a Company.
