Overview
We are recruiting for a full time qualified Counsellor to join our supportive Talking Therapies team, offering one-to-one, telephone and online therapy. We are open to flexible and hybrid working requests.
The successful candidate will join a fantastic team of PWPs, Counsellors and CBT therapists who work collaboratively to deliver the best service and outcomes for clients. Health and wellbeing of staff is important, and you will receive regular supervision with opportunities to attend suitable training events to support your professional development.
Responsibilities
* Provide counselling through one-to-one, telephone and online sessions.
* Work with people from different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and outcomes for clients.
* Engage in regular supervision and participate in training opportunities to support professional development.
* Contribute to a positive work environment and uphold equal opportunities.
Qualifications
* HEE Talking Therapies approved training qualification such as PCE-CfD, CCfD.
* For qualified Counsellors who have not yet gained BACP Accreditation, support to complete this within the first 12 months in post.
