As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to help us drive enquiries, increase visibility, and support the sales and marketing function across both holiday and residential sides of the business.
Job Summary
The Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving digital marketing activity across the business, helping to increase visibility, enquiries, bookings, and home sales. This hands-on role requires a good understanding of digital channels, content creation, and campaign optimisation, with a particular focus on website management, paid advertising, SEO, and social media.
Responsibilities
* Website Management: Maintain and update company websites with current home listings, holiday offers, blogs, and ensure overall site performance and SEO optimisation.
* Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media channels
* Paid Advertising: Manage and optimise paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms to generate enquiries and bookings.
* SEO & Content: Implement SEO best practices across websites and content; support blog and landing page creation to improve organic traffic.
* Lead Generation & CRM: Drive sales leads through digital campaigns and third-party platforms; maintain accurate lead data within the CRM and support sales follow-up.
* Design & Brand Assets: Create on-brand visuals for digital and print use using tools like Canva
* Events & Campaigns: Assist with the planning, promotion, and delivery of marketing campaigns and on-site events.
* Budget Management: Monitor and report on marketing spend across all channels, ensuring activities stay within budget and deliver ROI.
Skills
* Solid understanding of digital marketing channels: SEO, PPC, social media, CRM
* Proficient in using Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and a CMS (e.g., WordPress)
* Familiar with CRM systems and basic data handling
* Strong design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
