We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Internal Account Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity: you'll begin by managing an established portfolio of customers, and for the right candidate, it will develop into a proactive Telesales Professional role, focused on outbound sales and business growth.
What you'll be doing (initially):
* Acting as the first point of contact for a portfolio of well-established customers.
* Processing clients orders efficiently
* Managing day-to-day queries and providing excellent customer service.
* Building strong relationships and supporting account growth.
* Communicating out of stock lines to clients.
* Monitoring and updating back order reports.
* Working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities.
How the role will grow:
* Progression into making outbound calls to new and existing customers.
* Proactively promoting products and services.
* Driving sales opportunities and contributing to business growth.
* Taking ownership of both account management and telesales success.
