An exciting opportunity is available for a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) who wishes to transition to a non‑clinical, client‑focused role. This position is ideal for a nurse seeking to step away from hands‑on clinical duties while continuing to contribute to patient care and client support.
Role
* Use clinical expertise to support patient triage, ensuring pets are prioritized appropriately and directed to the right team at the right time.
* Oversee appointment coordination across multiple workstreams to maximize efficiency and ensure clients and patients are seen promptly.
* Communicate with clients through digital platforms, telephone calls, and face‑to‑face interactions, providing accurate guidance, answering enquiries, and supporting owners throughout their pet’s journey with professionalism and compassion.
* Assist with repeat prescriptions, medication dispensing, and maintaining pharmacy standards to ensure safety, accuracy, and effective stock control.
* Handle administrative duties such as insurance queries, following up cases, supporting debt‑management processes, and resolving day‑to‑day client concerns before they escalte.
* Provide leadership and line‑management support to the client‑services team as the clinic grows, including involvement in a rota delivering an exceptional client experience across in‑person, telephone, and digital communication channels.
Candidate Profile
* RVN‑qualified professional with a minimum of two years’ experience.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Calm under pressure, solution‑focused, and confident in working closely with both clients and clinical teams.
* Demonstrated passion for delivering an outstanding client experience.
