Customer Service Executive
Salary: £12.27 P/H on weekdays with a higher weekend rate of £13.42 - £14.50 per hour
Hours: This is a full-time position working 8 hours a day between 7am and 10pm on a rota. You will be required to work 1 in 4 weekends on a rota.
Location: Ferndown, Dorset. Hybrid option available after training.
Dynamite Recruitment is looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to manage inbound enquiries, liaise with clients, and coordinate appointments for a well-established business based in Dorset.
Responsibilities:
1. Handling a large volume of inbound calls from clients, customers, and third parties (up to 120 per day).
2. Scheduling and cancelling appointments across multiple diaries.
3. Updating client information.
4. Managing basic customer queries.
5. Completing general administration tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
* Call centre, call handling, or receptionist experience is required.
* Receptionist experience, preferably in a medical setting, is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Computer and IT proficiency.
* Ability to manage a heavy workload.
* Experience in the medical industry is beneficial but not essential.
