Job Title: Technical Project Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our technical requirements and develop compelling proposals that enable customers to select Wilton site and progress their project into Front-End Engineering Design (FEED). The successful candidate will work closely with Business Development, Proposal Management, and Commercial teams to develop win strategies and deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all technical discussions with customers and develop technical inputs and documents from initial enquiry through to FEED.
* Ensure that technical requirements are clearly established early in the enquiry process to support Business Development making a bid/no-bid recommendation.
* Manage agile multi-discipline engineering teams to develop credible technical solutions for our scope of services.
* Work closely with Business Development and Proposal team to develop win strategies and compelling proposal solutions.
* Support Commercial Proposals in build-up of project cost estimate, revenue, and income forecasts.
Requirements:
* BEng Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering degree (minimum).
* Proven track-record of delivering concept/pre-FEED/FEED solutions for OSBL and ISBL in Brownfield and Greenfield developments.
* Strong self-motivation, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure meeting challenging deadlines.
* Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet stakeholder demands.
* Excellent communication skills to present to stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
