We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a 12-month mat cover contract.
Responsibilities
* Provide specialist guidance and activity across inspiring interest, opportunities to join and onboarding phases of the employee experience lifecycle.
* Support and partner with hiring managers to strategically attract, recruit and onboard all roles of all levels to ensure business needs can be met.
* Play a key role in recruiting the best talent in the marketplace while improving diversity and significantly reducing external recruitment spend across the organisation.
* Deliver a people-focused, proactive and flexible recruitment service that supports efficient advertising, sourcing, selection, interview and recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Citizens Advice processes.
Qualifications
* Excellent and detailed knowledge of best practice in recruitment and selection, including legislation and EDI considerations.
* Significant experience providing strategic advice and support to managers on all recruitment and selection matters, preferably in a talent acquisition model.
* Experience of working in a talent acquisition model covering the full life cycle, with a proven track record of sourcing and selecting talent using a wide range of tools across diverse disciplines.
