Locations covered: Chingford, Edmonton, Finsbury Park, Harringay, Islington, Stamford Hill, Stoke Newington, Tottenham and surrounding areas The Role: This is a role for someone who wants their work to truly matter. No formal care experience is required — your compassion, reliability, and willingness to learn are what count most. With full training and continuous support, you’ll have everything you need to succeed. You’ll provide both practical support and meaningful companionship to help older adults live independently at home. Shift Patterns: We aim to offer flexibility that works around your lifestyle: Morning shifts: 07:00 – 15:00 Evening shifts: 17:00 – 22:00 Full-time and part-time roles available What You’ll Do: Our visits are never rushed — giving you the time to care properly and build genuine connections. You will: Provide personal care with dignity and respect Offer companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks Accompany clients to appointments or social activities Create a safe, positive, and reassuring home environment Every visit is an opportunity to make someone’s day a little brighter. What We’re Looking For: You’ll be a great fit if you are: Kind, patient, and naturally caring Reliable and committed A clear and compassionate communicator Willing to learn and grow Weekend availabilty is desired but not currently essential Drivers & non drivers welcome Experience is welcome — but your values matter most.
