Project Manager – Cambridge & Surrounding Regions

Role Overview:
This position involves managing a varied portfolio of construction and refurbishment projects across multiple locations. The role requires ensuring projects are delivered safely, to programme and to a high standard while maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing multiple projects from inception to completion.
* Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, internal teams and site operatives.
* Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations and CDM requirements.
* Preparing project programmes, monitoring progress and maintaining accurate documentation.
* Communicating with clients, consultants and stakeholders professionally.
* Managing budgets, variations, timelines and resource allocation.
* Conducting regular site visits across all operational areas.
* Upholding high project standards and supporting company values.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Proven experience in construction or refurbishment project management.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* SMSTS or SSSTS preferred.
* Construction‑related qualification (HNC, HND or Degree) desirable.
* Ability to manage projects across multiple locations.
* Effective communication and team leadership skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
