About the Role
We're seeking a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen brigade. You'll take ownership of your section, delivering consistently high-quality dishes while supporting the Head Chef in maintaining standards and inspiring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and present dishes with precision and flair
* Maintain mise en place and ensure smooth service flow
* Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
* Collaborate on menu development and seasonal specials
* Train and mentor commis chefs and kitchen assistants
