We are currently recruiting for Night Care Assistants to work at The Sands Care Home in Morecambe. The shifts will be 8pm-8am, and will be set on a rota basis including weekends and Bank holidays.
Previous experience in the care industry is advantageous but not essential. You will receive an induction covering all the basic requirements for your role, as well as on the job support from colleagues and your line manager. We offer a number of Health & Social Care Distance Learning Courses to our employees. We also offer the opportunity to progress within the company and are keen to develop our staff as much as we can.
If successful you will be required to apply to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) for a disclosure. This will be deducted from your first wage but returned after 12 months of employment with The Sands Care Home.
Due to the nature of this role all applicants must be 18 years or over.
Please note that we are unable to offer candidates any form of sponsorship. All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK and be able to work a minimum of 2 night shifts per week (24 hours in total).
